Even though this is my first baby, I know I wanted her birth to be special and full of care. I’m so happy I had the privilege of fulfilling these wishes by birthing here at Yui Clinic! Dr. Fumi and all of the staff are so caring, and great at what they do.
When I started feeling contractions, I was excited and scared at the same time. I couldn’t wait to meet my baby and hold her to my heart, but I was scared to endure labor. The midwife helped care my fear, and was so kind and reassuring. She rubbed my back and relieved some pain when I had strong contractions. She reminded me to stay calm and try to relax.
Giving birth to my baby was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but also the most fulfilling> Being able to feel everything and win over the pain to bring her into the world is my biggest accomplishment. Thank you Dr. Fumi and to your midwives and staff to encourage and empower me and my family at such a special time.
I’m grateful to spend this time at Yui to allow my body to heal, and strengthen the bond with my beautiful baby.
